Located on the outskirts of the village, this project gives as much importance to works of art as to views towards the land near Puvirnituq. The different levels, made possible by the rugged topography, offer unique perspectives inside and outside. Thus, the exhibition and reception rooms, artist residences, in addition to the inner courtyard, constantly remind of the land’s presence in the culture, local crafts and way of life. The layout and character of the rooms are also influenced by the landscapes they expose, whether they are vast, intimate, luminous — all significant.
